Your Teeth and Gums

Your teeth and gums, do they look healthy?
Just take a look at your mouth once in a while, are they healthy? Do you know that to get strong, teeth need healthy gums and healthy gums need clean teeth.

So….What can good teeth give you?
Well….it can gives you :

GOOD HEALTH
GOOD LOOKS
GOOD SPEECH
GOOD EATING
GOOD BREATH
and many more...

So, when you think about your teeth, you must also think about your gum too. The question is why do we need to think of it too?? Because if your gum are healthy, then your teeth will be healthy too,and one more thing, gums are needed for holding your teeth in the correct position.

Everyday, we eat different kinds of food like meat, vegetables, fruits, and so on. Each of them are needed to gain energy and nutrition for our body. If we lack of them, we won’t be able to do something better. So, what’s the relationship between food an teeth??
Well, teeth are needed to eat the food, but we must also choose what kinds of food that better for our body and also our teeth. Nuts, maize, fruits, and meat are some of the best foods-but they are difficult to bite and chew if your teeth are loose and hurting!

WHAT SHOULD WE DO IN ORDER TO TAKE CARE OF OUR TEETH??

EAT ONLY GOOD HEALTHY FOODS

The best food is food that you grow or raise yourself. Mix different kinds of food together and eat several times a day. This helps your body as well as your teeth and gums to stay strong and healthy. Traditional food is usually good food.

Sweet food, especially the kind you buy from the store, can mix with germs and make cavities-holes in the teeth. Soft food sticks to the teeth easily and it, too, can make a coating of germs and food on the teeth that starts an infection in the gums-gum disease.

CLEAN YOUR TEETH EVERY DAY

If you do not clean properly, the food that IS left on your teeth can hurt the teeth as well as the gums near them.
Bits of food stay longer in grooves and hiding places. This is where both tooth and gum problems start.

Therefore It is better to clean your teeth carefully once every day than to clean poorly many
times a day.

GO TO THE DENTIST ONCE IN SIX MONTH TO CHECK YOUR ORAL HEALTH

Going to the dentist is a must to make sure your teeth and its surroundings are in a proper condition.
